  Was in with family and ordered 6inch sub, salad and cheese bites along with 3 cookies, service was pretty shocking as had 2 people serving us confusing up the orders and asked if wanted chicken hot or cold, to which replied hot decided to put in on cold anyways? Was foods mixed which isn’t okay when serving as if people have allergies it’s very unsafe, piece of plastic wrapping from wrapper found in food, staff need to be more observant when placing our food

  italian bread was very chewy even after being toasted, had to been left over from a few nights ago, meatballs were weirdly dry and tough for being kept in the marinara sauce. Subway needs to spot check this location.

  Number linked to website isnt even live. I wanted to double toast my ham sub because im pregnant and dont want to risk listeria however they couldnt resolve my issue nor could I cancel my order on the app because no one could get in contact with them. Springburn subway needs new managerial staff as the current ones are useless. I have an allium allergy and they didnt even cater to that either.
