  I went in last week and I was appalled, there was a girl her name tag said Alicia was kicking off in the store and huffing and puffing. The food was good her attitude was stinking

  Staff here are the nicest staff I've came across at a subway, love the chat, very attentive, don't leave you standing unattended at the counter for ages before being served unlike other subways around Livingston. All lovely ladies and nothing is a bother for them!

  I used to love going here for my subway all the time but today 30/9/2023 around 14:00 I will not be going back there!! first off all the girl making the sandwiches was coughing right into her arm not evening washing her hands before making another sandwich, there was a girl at the till so kind looked like a trainee best of luck fo you!! The girl making the sandwiches complained about every time she needed to open the oven she gets a dry throat and needs to cough, and as well looking at the till to see she only had 2hrs left. It came to my turn to make my sandwich and I turn round and said can you take a drink of water and go wash your hands before you make my sandwich she huffed and did that. Meanwhile the girl at the till was told to make my sandwich, same made it but it in the oven however when I got home it was cold and I only live 3 mins up the road. After I had my stuff I was served by the sandwich girl who was very stubborn on the till after I told her off. Please try look into hygiene in this subway as I defo will not be going back till it is fixed!! P.s i also work with food with my job was very appalling to see

  Delicious food, kind staff and they waited for us to get there before toasting so food was still hot
