Before they introduced the self-order tablet system, this place was actually alright. But now it’s a complete disaster. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and ended up waiting 35 minutes just to request a refund because they hadn’t even started my order.
Meanwhile, customers who ignored the self-order screens and ordered directly at the counter had their food made immediately. So what’s the point of the system?
The whole setup is completely broken. The manager was rude, the staff seemed undertrained and didn’t even know how to properly use the ordering screens, and hot food was left sitting around going cold.
Subway management seriously need to give their heads a shake because this was an absolute joke of an experience.

The small guy that serves is the rudest person I've encountered serving customers. Always complaining about his job. That's 3 or 4 times I've been in and his attitude is appalling. Today was the best one in at 8am the place opens at 7am and he refused to serve because he was "too busy just now", crazy that this guy is allowed to represent subway and face customers for them.

Awfully runned franchise guy on the front desk that can't do the job properly, ordered a sub my order was cancelled, didn't find out until I realised people who came in way after me started recieving their orders
