  Was served by keeley, very polite and well mannered staff member. Customer service was fantastic, will definitely return. Sandwhich was amazing too.

  We were just trying to get into the subway, nothing unusual, just four of us heading out together, when we got stopped at the entrance. The staff took one look at us and decided we weren’t allowed in, saying we “looked like the type” who had caused trouble or stolen before. And then proceeded to yell at us ”OUT!”.It was frustrating because they didn’t have any actual reason or evidence, just assumptions based on how we looked as a group.And then I had requested that they checked the cctv footage but they were not cooperative and said “not while you lot are here”.Standing there, being judged like that in front of everyone, made it feel unfair and embarrassing, especially since we hadn’t done anything wrong at all.

  Me and my friends got kicked out of looking like someone else who had been stealing, when we just wanted some food. Heavily disappointed with the way this has been dealt with, avoid going here

  I was preparing to have lunch at this subway located on 16 Scott street. Me and my friends were looking forward to having lunch here and we were planning on what to get. But right as we stepped through the door, we were greeted by a Women shouting: Out! At us. We were all very confused as to why this happened and when we asked what had happened she said: yous lot have been stealing. We were all completely shocked of this accusation and were very disappointed as we had used to come into this subway and had no problem ever with this restaraunt. We had asked her if she had checked cctv and she said that she had, but refused to check it again when we asked. I understand the employee was probably very annoyed at the time, but shouting out at us just because we look like someone who had been stealing is completely unacceptable. A case of mistaken identity!!!!
