  Walked in after a long flight to Glasgow from the US at 4:40 pm only to be told they were closed but the worker was making a meal for the employee at the front of the store. I understand it's New Years Eve but 5pm is the closing time and I'm the only person in the store. Sad start to my 2 days here.

  waited for someone to serve me for 10 minutes as there was no one there, they couldn’t even understand or get the guy in front of me’s order right and they are just very slow and rude i sat down at the tables and went to eat my foot long but the whole thing was falling apart as both sides on the bread was cut right through and as if she had just slapped it right on with no care in the world and when i got half way through one half i seen something shiny in my bread and i kicked it out and it turned out to be METAL and it was sharp on my finger! i let the lady know and all she said was “oh sorry” in a sarcastic tone!!!!😡🤬

  I'm in quite often while doing airport runs. The staff are fine etc. but the only issue I have is; Every time I ask for Olives and Jhalipinoes they put like 5 on my foot long, even though I ask for loads. Often when I have asked for more, they just pick out 1 or 2 more and sit them on. If someone wants loads of something gives them loads, not just 5. Often have the same issue with sauce too.
