  I enter the store this morning, asked for a gluten free sub which they had, but they were in a freezer so was put in oven to defrost, whilst waiting for it the assistant proceeded open unit doors where there was subs, pulling at the trays, she then took my gluten free sub out tge oven but couldn't open it because it was still slightly frozen so she picked up tge knife that I had watched another assistant use to cut subs in half to cut into my sub, when challenging her about it I was met by verbal by the other member of staff, then the 'manager' wh o was young enough to be my grandchild came at my husband with attitude, cheeky wee bugger. I told the manager that his staff needed training in cross contamination.

  Genuinely the worst Subway experience ever. 5:30pm on a Sunday night, 5 young teenagers hanging around the till area. Manager nowhere to be seen. They were literally the slowest sandwich makers I've ever seen, it felt like my life was in slow motion. Took about 15 minutes for my partner and I, and that was with the queue empty. Only to find that my partner's sub was just sauce. Another 10 minutes to actually make another sandwich. They'd be lucky to serve more than 5 customers in a day's work at this rate.
