  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this branch today at 4:50 PM was incredibly disappointing due to the complete lack of manners from the staff member on duty. My son had an urgent need to use the restroom. When I asked, the employee told me it was for "customers only." I completely understood and told her I would be ordering food. However, it was only after I had paid for a full meal, including subs, cookies, and drinks, that she informed me the dining area was "takeaway only." Her reasoning was that they close at 6:00 PM and she "had a lot to do" before then. It was barely 5:00 PM. If the dining area is closed an hour early, that should be communicated before a customer spends money with the intent to sit down and eat with their child. The employee was dismissive and flat-out rude. There is a way to communicate store policy without being disrespectful. To be told we couldn't sit down, despite being paying customers an hour before closing, just so she could start her closing tasks early is unacceptable. We ended up leaving feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Management: Please train your staff on basic customer service and communication.

  Excellent food, exceptional customer service, and fantastic value for money. The ingredients were fresh and full of flavour, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout. A genuinely great experience that I would highly recommend.

  Amazing staff. They made a new meal deal specifically for under 18s including a 6inch, cookie and drink all for the extremely low price of £3.99. Great value.

  I came here today and i was really disappointed with the service. The lady at the till looked fed up and didnt greet me back, it was not long before closing, however most of the toppings and sauces were packed away. I understand people want to go home but at the end of the day, I still pay for a service. Very unprofessional.

  Worst subway I have ever been to there was no que yet I had to wait 10 minutes to be served when all the staff were just having a laugh. Got over charged £2 for my meal and he forgot my crisps. The guy serving me was extremely rude and the other guy kept on scratching his bum and head without wearing any gloves
