    Ordered on justeat, never had problems in the past but this was really weird. Made the order around 12 noon, stated on the app it would arrive for 12:50pm. Then it said it had been delivered, no knock at my door or anytbing (food no where to be seen). I wait a while, then call the place and no answer. So I called an again (this was now 6 times) just kept ringing out! Absolutely shocking customer service. Said to just eat and this and they said they can’t provide me a refund.

    ordered my food at 11:30 told me it would be delivered by 12:30 it is currently 2:30 and still have not got my food it is told me it has been delivered and i had tried phoning multiple times they ignored my calls and declined some of them. it is a joke and i have tried get support through just eat and they tried to get a update from them but they said that they can’t get in contact either

    Went in to order some food. No other customers in. Toilet out of order sign on the toilet - highly doubtful. Went to the till to place my order and the rude little member of staff said give me a minute and proceeded to just take some stuff out to the bin. Then came back in, never washed her hands and just started loading some trays of bread into the oven. Like what? Just serve me first surely? After you wash your hands. But not too worry. I'll not be back. Disgusting and rude.
