    The food was OK but I felt disgusted by men with long beards and no beard covering and a girl with long hair tied in 2 ponytails and a fringe dangling above food she was preparing. 🤢

    Came in for a quick bite to eat to be greeted by a very rude employee called Scott, had no manners or kindness and was speaking very rude and arrogant to customers.

    Missing Items: My salted chips were completely missing from the delivery. Incorrect Order: I ordered a veggie Subway with Chipotle sauce. Instead, it was delivered with barbecue sauce, making it an entirely different meal than what I paid for. Poor Food Quality: The cheese bites were of appalling quality. They were extremely small, had a bad smell, and were far below the standard expected of your brand. As someone who also works in the food industry, I am shocked that these were deemed fit for delivery. Failed Communication: I have attempted to call the restaurant multiple times, but your calling system is not functioning. Uber Eats has also failed to resolve this, despite charging me for items I either did not receive or could not eat. I am requesting a full refund of £[Total Amount] for the missing and incorrect items. I have taken photos of the food as evidence of the poor quality and the incorrect sauce.
