  5 stars for Zaman. 0 for everyone else. Came at lunch, busy so came back later today 24th March at 14:18. Zaman was the only person serving while 2 girls where chatting and laughing in the side room for all to hear. Zaman was serving 3 customers at once, changing gloves between each customer, going back and forth, trying to toast, go back to meats, then salads etc. Toaster machine was beeping, he ws going back to it, to use it again, for it to beep more only for the 2 other girls to continue talking. Zaman deserves the wages of all 3 of them as the 2 others did nothing

  Coffee was terrible and the staff members attitude was terrible the customer service was awful Waiting in line to be served when all staff are in the back talking How ever the area manager showed up and he did refund me for my coffee Still the staff could use a refresher course in customer service

  The sandwich was lovely but the man making it was extremely rude, touching his face with the glove on, mumbling and slamming the sandwich and cups down and glaring at us. It was 2 hours till close and we couldnt sit in had to eat outside. Worst customer service I've ever had in a subway will not be going again.

  Unfortunately the cookies have bought today were not fresh, were hard, sadly as I like the subway cookies but to be fresh.

  Ordered on just eat waited half an hour for them to say it was going to be an extra hour next fifteen minutes it changes to 2 hours. Tried to phone to ask if it was busy and got hung up on without even a word. I had my sons lunch ordered and poor weans starving
