  Really good experience at this Subway. The store was really clean, the food was fresh and everything looked well organised. I was served by Brooke who had great customer service — really friendly, helpful with recommendations and very patient while I sorted my order out. Overall just a really pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be back.

  extremely rude staff, make absolutely no effort to help or make good subway, decline you using the deals etc and seem like you’re putting them out when you ask them for a basic sub meal deal

  Absolutely terrible experience at Subway today. The service was shockingly bad – staff were rude, moody, and completely unhelpful. I asked a simple question and instead of getting a clear answer, they just kept repeating themselves over and over without actually listening. It felt like they didn’t care at all. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and the way customers were treated was unacceptable. Honestly, it felt like they were treating people as if they weren’t even human. Very disappointing visit today. Definitely won’t be coming back.
