  This is the second time I have used the subway the first time it was actually ok. This time I asked for a salad bowl and the kids pack, I was asked if I wanted salad with my salad?? Normally when I asked for a salad bowl salad is included with it? Once the lettuce had been added I asked for red onions which I was told there was none (I was very disappointed at this it's a busy Saturday afternoon and you're a few foot away from a shop that sells red onions! ) ok got my salad minus the onions and order the kids pack for my son when that was all made up i gave it to my son he asked where his dragon was? The guy from behind the counter said no toys left!? If i was told this when i was told there was no red onions I would have just left it but my son wanted something to eat and it is in his hands but he was very upset there was no toy (even tho there is a sign up saying comes with a dragon) after having no onions no toy I was still charged full please so paid for my food didnt get cutlry for my salad went to get my son a drink from the fridge it was dirt at the bottom needs to be cleaned!!! (Bogin if his drink wasn't in a sealed bottle he wouldn't be getting it) went back to get my cutlery l waiting for my cutlery which I never got had to ask for it( was I supposed to eat the salad with my hands?) Wont be using it again. It's in a handy location but lacks a lot! Disappointing.
