  It’s now time for the guys in that store to be trained on customer service. They are very rude , do. It give a toss on the food preparation. Subspud is always hard inside waste of money .

  Literally every time I've visited this there's been an issue with some aspect of the experience. Stock, availability , service, broken equipment. Waiting times are ridiculous. There's usually one slow, badly trained, lethargic individual "serving" a word I'd loosely use to describe the minimal effort and general lack of interest towards the customer. They often don't have the kind of bread you'd like or certain ingredients you'd like as I'm guessing they only get the "popular" ones the school kids want. (smacks of money saving and cost cutting) Want a coffee or tea? Think again. Many times you'll go in "the coffee machine isn't working" well why don't you get it FIXED!!!! The last time I was in was a cold, wet day and was offered a bottle of room temperature water (not chilled, oh no) instead of a nice hot beverage. Needless to say I went across the road to Greggs and I've never been back. An awful subway.

  Awful service. Coffee machine wasn't working for literally months, questionable whether the salad is fresh, most of the time they don't even have all the various items for a salad. This place is honestly the worst Subway I've ever been in and I won't be back until the management changes. This place smacks of cost cutting. Whoever runs it needs to have a word with themselves.
