    Walk away without having food because of staff are very slow and making his own coffee .me and other guy just leave without having food shocking staff.

    Went to order two subs and a kids sub. Placed the kids sub order and was ignored while staff joked and carried on between themselves at the tills. When they realised I was ordering more subs, it was slowly prepared while the spoke between themselves. The two adult subs weren't cooked long enough to the point the grated cheese hadn't melted. Asked for extra cheese and barely even got a normal portion of cheese let alone extra. Was asked if that was all I was having , so pointed out that the kids sub should come with a drink and side. £15 wasted absolutely disgusting! Service was so bad! Food was disgusting. Won't be back.

    Arrived at 4pm struggling with a baby. Staff member said we couldn’t sit in for no reason apart from it seemed he couldn’t be bothered so we couldn’t order anything.Frustrating that staff are so lazy. I wonder if those managing this subway know what is going on.

    If I compare this store to the one at silverburn I hate to say but it's a poor standard. At the silverburn store everything is fresh and the staff couldn't be any nicer. Here though they have a lot to learn
