    unable to make meatball sub due to not being available even though I ordered through app asked for refund due to it not being available. they said they couldn't paid £8 for a sandwich that didn't even exist no refund given or food.

    If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Honestly please read the reviews before ordering from this disgusting shop.. totally wrong order sent. They sent cookies out with nuts in which my son is intolerant too. They missed out sandwiches. Didn't put any crisps in. Called the shop immediately and not one person could barely speak English so had a hard time trying to get through to them how dangerous this could have been....this shop is a potentially lethal incident waiting to happen!!!!!!

    Very disappointed and disgusted at the service I got today. my sandwich had sat for about 5mins before any salad was put on it, it had to be remade as it was cold. This was due to the server attending delivery’s as the came in and stopped serving the salad and check out. To top it off was not impressed when the servers decided to speak in a different language after I pointed out my sandwich had been suiting for 5 mins. I wouldn’t use this place.
