Very poor experience today. The staff’s attitude was extremely disappointing. She was really rude. So this was really upsettig and not the kind of customer service we expected.

Nothing could go wrong in a subway, but i had the worst experience here. The staff was not at all attentive. I asked for a tex Mexan footlong. As far as I know we can choose the salads, we can add or remove salads. She was not having it. Staff said I can only do “set salad”, which I was confused because it’s literally written on the board we can choose the salads according to our preferences.

Me and my friends went there morning today and the staff was realy giving us a bad experience with attitude.
We were 8 and everyone feels the same with her attitude. We came from canada and Australia to visit here and got the really bad experience.

I just ordered a sub to my liking, unfortunately... they had no meatballs left. I received a phone call telling me they were all out of meatballs. My food items arrived and they were healthy and delicious as always. not so much the Philly steak or tomatoes, because the Philly steak wasn't that tender and felt crunchy and the tomatoes tasted like day old pumpkin.

Really disappointing experience at Subway today. I asked for gluten-free bread and instead of even checking, the staff member immediately said no and shook her head, as though taking two extra minutes to look or prepare safely for an allergy-related order was simply too much effort.
What makes it worse is that I left, placed a delivery order straight away, and the gluten-free sandwich arrived without any issue, so clearly it was available after all. It’s frustrating to feel like customers with allergies are treated as a nuisance rather than simply being given the service they’re paying for.
Not only poor customer service, but also a strange way to turn away paying customers and lose business for no reason. A little effort and basic attention would have avoided the whole situation.
