  Terrible customer service and careless staff. Ordered a veggie sub and ended up getting non-veg fillings because of their mistake. What made it worse was their attitude — no apology, no accountability, just excuses. Definitely not coming back again.

  I ordered vegan wrap with falafel they sent me chicken totally unacceptable I will complain to food standard if I am not contacted by restaurant

  Ordered turkey breast footlong sub,when brought back home for lunch found ham slices inside the sandwich. Cannot have ham for religious reasons. Absolutely useless staff!! Our lunchtime was ruined!! On what basis are these people appointed? Can't even read orders properly??? Please sack them to retain goodwill!!!!

  DONT EAT HERE! Second time we’ve gone recently during our college break and second time I’ve been appalled! Food hygiene is non existent, food is mixed between all containers and lady used the same gloves to touch ovens, take money from the customers before us and then continued to pick up vegetables for my salad and use the same gloves to take my money. When I asked if she was going to change these gloves she didn’t really understand due to lack of English so looked confused when I mentioned “basic food hygiene” and then refused to change this salad. For £5.20 I got half a salad which was cross contaminated with dirty money and surfaces from her gloves, honestly now wish I refused to walk away with this. Service, food, quality, hygiene and English non existent.
