  Don’t normally leave bad reviews but had to on this occasion. The new screens to order on totally detract from the subway experience of building your sandwich - also the staff seemed unable to actually know who’s order was first and I ended up waiting around 25 mins for two 6 in sandwiches. The staff members ordered customers the normal way also and served around 4-5 customers before making my order. I hate to moan and would normally just let it go but can see lots of people getting frustrated in the future. The staff members in the store and subway also spoke very little English, making everything more difficult. Hope the feedback can help avoid any future issues.

  The food safety in this subway is awful! I have been to this subway many times and each time it is a young boy worker that has to idea about allergies. The first time I went, my mum was gluten free so we asked for a salad after explaining her allergy. He then proceeded to make my sandwich (which contained gluten) then usefully the same gloves to make my mums salad, resulting in a total waste of food. The second time I went I was never asked if I wanted cheese on my sandwich because he just put it on anyway! I could have had an allergy as well. I then asked for all salad but no tomato, he then proceeds to put tomato on my sandwich then I correct him and say that I didn’t want tomato. He then takes the tomato off and puts it back into the tub it came from ultimately contaminating the whole tub of tomatoes with crumbs, which for some people like my mum could cause serious issues. I have just went back now for the third time and was never asked again if I wanted cheese and toasted as it was just done anyway! I cannot complain about any other staff member as the rest have been lovely it is just this one staff member needs seriously retrained (coming from a manger at a food establishment) I honestly hope to see a change in this. Allergies are no joke!

  Anna is a real asset. She served waiting customers v quickly and still made an excellent wrap/sub.

  Fast service, I enjoyed the pizzaria foot long, but I'm greedy, I couldn't eat it all. I don't know if it's the norm in Subway, only diet juice, I prefer full fat coke, only max there.
