  I visited this Subway branch recently and unfortunately had a poor experience. The service was extremely slow — the staff member was working at such a relaxed pace that several people in the queue gave up and left. I was close to leaving as well. While the taste of the sandwich itself was acceptable, the overall experience was disappointing. The packaging was particularly bad; by the time I sat down, the sandwich had completely fallen apart and all the contents had come out, which made it very difficult and messy to eat. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously — improving service speed and basic packaging quality would make a big difference.

  We waited at the counter to order our food while two staff members were present, yet neither acknowledged us. The place was not busy, there were only two of us in the entire store, so the lack of attention was very noticeable. What made the experience more concerning was that another customer who arrived before us was served promptly, while we were left waiting without explanation. This gave the impression of unfair treatment, which felt uncomfortable and disappointing. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and I would not recommend this place based on our experience. I hope the management takes steps to address the service.

  This is the worst subway outlet I have been ! The lady staff wasn’t welcoming and just continued to do her own sub ( coz we did notice she made it and left the store) later on, she made the sub that we ordered and then didn’t hand any tissues and just handed the food and made the payment. Can understand everyone works but a bit of good customer service is very needed !

  A lot of single starred reviews make sense. Been there twice in 3 days and had poor experience on both occasions. Second time in particular, the till was not working for some reason and young man was apologising, the second guy said don’t apologise. 3 customers left, but no visible changes or care. Awfully poor customer service.
