  I had ordered a chicken breast foot long and a Ben and jerrys big tub of ice cream, I did not receive the ice cream and in my subway it was chicken tikka, when I tried to phone the place it would go straight to voilecemail, the delivery driver was also very cheeky, absolutely horrible service would NOT order from here again

  This is a perfectly good subway. I kinda expect the same quality across all stores and it’s never fine dining but it hits the spot. I have to say the staff in here are run off their feet though. This is a subway plagued with delivery drivers that come in and jump the queue or demand more speed getting their orders done. When we were in the staff had to tell them to sit down as they were clustering the front desk. I just want to say the manager on the 1st March really dealt with it well and kept things going even though it was a proper scrum.

  can’t rate the food because your male employee made us walk right back out. he was stood at the counter no communication from this employee so i asked for my order to which he responded “you’re going to have to wait until ive smashed out these two orders” which in ANY normal tone would have been totally fine and would have been more than happy to wait but with the way i was spoken to by this employee was bang out of order. a simple “be with you in 2” “i’ve got a couple orders to deal with bear with me” would have been totally reasonable, we walked right back out after i said to the employee he should fix his attitude to then be met with “shut up” OUTSTANDING customer service, i also work in hospitality and know the pain of people coming in when you want to go home but that’s what pays your wages sunshine. do not go here at 7pm they close at 8 and you’ll get nothing but attitude when you ask for a sandwich…in subway

  AVOID! Place is run down, while I was getting my subway made from a young nice woman the manager wasn’t happy how much chicken was on my subway, pushed the young woman out of the way, grabbed the chicken in a fit of rage and threw it back into the fresh chicken! even the customer beside me was saying how wild that move was😂 I said to Connor fox “I really don’t appreciate you handling my food like that” his response was “ well next time I’ll make you pay £3 extra” i asked him who he thinks he’s speaking to with that attitude and ran away in the back 😂 what a pathetic human being, get a grip of yourself Connor you are an absolute embarrassment to subway. There was no need for that behaviour the woman already made it and went to put it in the toaster, your always stingy with the rotisserie chicken 😂 clearly comes out your £20 bonus every month, a scoop is a scoop 😂 if your no happy then make the scoops smaller 😂 clearly you got some sort of prejudice towards me if it’s my race or my disability let me know on the reply. Id love to know what your excuse was for acting like that, probably because you have to work a weekend and I don’t!! 😂😂
