  No understanding by the rep of what i was asking. About three times i had to repeat myself on a very stressful day for me. I wish i can rem the exact day. All other reps were alright. I remember when i worked in retail ifffffffff it ever happened that i didn't understand a cuztomer, i would say "sorry ma'am / sir would you please repeat for me what you said as due to the noise i could not hear" Not this in a condescending stern tone towards the customer as i got: "sorry?????!!!!" So i just didn't buy. Am Sorry. I may retry sum time. As the ambience in the Clyde shopping centre is good n the seating is readily available

  The manager is terrible, rude. I don't get it why are the prices too high over here. And they don't have cheap deals on meal on each particular day. It took me 10 mins to get my sub ready bruh.

  I have been going to this subway for years now and since the “new staff” took over it’s a complete disgrace what they have done. The bread is stale the food quality definitely doesn’t look right and the prices are through the roof almost £9 for 6” sub with small drink plus the staff aren’t any help they all look at you stupid and also they close at 6pm online but will tell you at 5pm they are shut when you get there

  Turned up at 5.30 to order and was told it was closed. I said it stated that opening hours in Clydebank are until 6pm, I was then told by a male member of staff - not a manager, not in a uniform and who told me he didnt usually work there - that they had decided just to close up 30 minutes early because 'they hardly get any customers at that time.'I said that a customer was standing in front of them, and I was told they couldnt serve me! So apparantly your staff are deciding to shut up half an hour earlier than advertised and refusing orders for paying customers. A member of staff, who said hr name was Sarabjit Kaur, told me 'phone a manager' to complain, which i will be doing but also thought best to let people know that the Subway staff are just picking and choosing their own hours to work now! Utter shambles 😤

  Terrible service from the woman serving , didn’t hear me ask for it toasted when she asked and had the cheek to blank stare me ,roll eyes and say I asked you when I reminded her to toast whilst she was wrapping the sandwich up then flung the cookie at me on counter and just walk away after the payment went thru, disgusting attitude
