  No stars!!! These machines are appalling and no way to order direct with staff walked out wont use the shop again

  My little brothers went here for two subs. I don't know what the older had, but apparently his was OK. The youngest's sub looked absolutely disgusting. The bread, ham, and lettuce looked as if they were stored for months. Almost resembled something out of a cyberpunk dystopia. My brother also wanted cheese on his sub and it toasted. The staff couldn't be bothered doing that. He put it in the fridge but I told him just to bin it. Subway used to be a cheap shop and relatively good. I won't be surprised if it ends up bust as other places are superior, especially independents. Not impressed. And if you have a problem with anything I said even though it's factual, I'll gladly visit the shop.

  Came in today to buy lunch, we don’t usually eat at subway so this was a treat. The new layout and the self order tills were new to me. Asked the woman behind the desk how to add blue light discount if I could and she very cheekily said we don’t do that, asked about the kids free meal when you order a footlong and again, the manner in which she replied we don’t do that, not in this store I find very off putting. The three workers all looked miserable, very unwelcoming tone and attitude towards paying customers, quite rude to be fair. Won’t be back at this particular subway. The women who done most of the speaking, wish I got a name, needs to cheer up or find something she actually enjoys.
