  Will never go back. Twice I’ve tried using self service but it’s so slow I’ve just left with nothing. Staff members standing doing nothing but unable to take your order. Brutal!

  They made us wait 30 minutes for one sub when place was dead then made us wait 20 minutes for waffle fries to tell us they were run out and then when we got our sub it wasn’t toasted and gave us dirty forks when asking for my sub to be toasted they huffed and puffed and complained not good

  “Great experience at Subway Cambuslang! 🥪 The bread was fresh, the vegetables were crisp, and everything was made exactly the way I wanted.   This place is where I always come for food but today it was different as me and my friends were having a laugh about a joke going around named “67” so we asked a worker to say it and she kindly said no and we accepted it then we asked why and all of a sudden she called us annoying when we’re just people trying to have fun and it was weird considering I always come in here.

  The order point was not working and had to change machines which was very annoying. Finally ordered a baked potato and when it was read, it was raw and full of solid chunks. I handed it back to the lady who said it was fine and already cooked and handed it back to me until I protested. She then started serving another customer and left me standing there. I asked for a refund (which I still haven't received! Visit was on Saturday). Subway has very poor customer service and overpriced food.
