  Came in today and it looked like there were two people on shift — one actually working and the other (Ash, apparently the manager judging by the badge on her head) more interested in wandering around filling juices while her colleague handled a queue of customers alone. My partner’s sandwich and mine were left sitting so long they could’ve qualified as meal prep for tomorrow. Her colleague was clearly trying to get her attention to help while still taking orders, but eventually she wandered over. The real highlight though was the food hygiene. She started handling the sandwiches with long pink press-on nails and no gloves at all until her colleague quietly reminded her. Gloves then appeared, but apparently the rules don’t apply to sauce bottles because one glove immediately came off so the bottle could be passed back and forth between a gloved hand and a bare hand. Absolutely top-tier management skills and food hygiene standards on display. If the manager is doing it like that, I’d hate to see what happens when no one’s watching.

  Poor quality service, the employees toasted the sandwiches and left them out for ages and let them go cold. The bread is STALE, I went up to the counter and asked for it to be remade, the employees said "give him a fresh one" indicating they keep stale bread. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Was waiting 5 mins at til only person there, staff making some order and a gent joined and stood two metres back behind me. Finally Very rude staff member told me to get in the queue ... Their own fault for not noticing I was there first. Maybe employ some staff who are more observant with some manners...

  The manager lady kicked me and my friends out for eating non subway food on the seats, we offered to buy something from subway but was instead called stupid and told to leave or security would come felt very target by her.
