    Ladies working are very rude and abrupt, they seemed to only be focusing on orders that were already placed rather than the customers waiting in line, stood for about 20 minutes waiting then had to wait another few minutes at every stage of my subway being made because they’re running around sorting out so many different orders, then the lady who served me slammed my sandwich up on top of the glass counter with such unnecessary force, by the time I got my sub it was half cold because of how long I waited for the salad & sauce to be put on it, the place obviously needs more staff or a much better system in place to be able to serve & prepare pre-ordered food.

    Staff was very rude, slamming my order down on the counter and wouldn’t cater to my sandwich needs! Ittook 20 mins to place my order and there was only two people in front of me the way the place is run is totally wrong! They have 3 people work one should be on phone orders and the other should prioritise customers in the shop but no it took 3 of them to do the phone orders!! The manger needs to have a word with the 3 of them

    There’s a woman in there that served me and she decided out of no where to fill my sandwich with gerkins. This was especially annoying as I was ordering my salad slowly for her to understand and she just added them randomly even tho I didn’t ask for them. I tried to explain that I didn’t order them but she didn’t understand so I just told her to leave it but my sandwhich was ruined.

    My order was incorrect, and when I raised this, the staff member (i think the manager or supervisor) responded by shouting at me. This was extremely rude and disappointing.
