  Very untidy and unclean rubbish lay in floor infornt of service counter and staff walking past it Cleaning utensils left in chairs and staff not cleaning food from floor informer walkways Benches outside covers in food and dirty wrappers

  Ordered food for delivery, arrived 45 minutes late, cold with half the order missing( food, 3 drinks and 2 fusions missing). Tried to call them to sort but number constantly engaged so couldn't even get a refund for missing items

  None of the staff where wearing hair nets kitchen, it looked unclean there was food and all sorts laying around on the floor behind the till area. found a hair in my burger, felt physically sick after finding it. The girl at the tills was really apologetic and understanding but I think the people in the kitchen need to put simple hygienic practices into place as that is basic hygiene in the kitchen.

  1 hour 30 min waits for a few kids meals. Wife went and asked where order was twice in the process of waiting. Every single outlet in Craig Tara is 20 times faster, cheaper and better value. Avoid.

  I ordered a chicken burger with nothing but lettuce on it I received a burger with everything on it I got a Fanta and not only did the give no straws the Fanta must have ran out because it tasted like soda water
