  The member of staff that me and my family was greeted with was very rude, was then declined from being served an alcoholic beverage due to the fact that the form of ID I used was on my phone even though it was a government backed app and is accepted elsewhere. The staff stated that even though it is a government backed form of ID it does not follow their policy. The food was okay but the overall level of service and atmosphere during this visit majorly let down my experience and left me severely disappointed. The best parts of this terrible experience today will be leaving here.

  Came to this restaurant for a birthday, very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our visit, which made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. To make matters worse, the food was swimming in grease and fat, making it unpleasant to eat. For the prices charged, I expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and would not recommend this pub restaurant to others.

  First visit this evening, with a group of work mates. Good was really good and reasonably priced. Considering it was Saturday evening and quite busy, the food arrived promptly. Our waiter, Ethan was excellent, a real credit to the establishment and went above and beyond with helping us to split the bill. We will definitely be coming back.

  A fantastic visit. 2 meals off the £5.99 menu. Good portion size, cooked well. However the service we recieved far exceeded the food. Katie, our server, was not only friendly and professional but went above and beyond. When asking for alternative cutlery to meet a disability need she not only met that need but offered a discret service. She offered for my meat to be cut at the kitchen before being served at the table, as service I've never recieved before. The chef, Dylan, was happy to oblige and still ensured that my meal was presented just as neatly had he not of gone that extra mile. As someone who is new to managing life with a disability the staff ensured my visit was enjoyable, no embarrassment, no judgement, just care and excellent custer service. Thank you both.
