  Don’t matter what time you go there is a queue self service tills not always working g or they say not enough staff to man them. Really does put you off shopping there.

  Visited last night and as a tourist I was horrified at the state of the supermarket . It looked like it had been ransacked and nothing was left with shelves empty and things lying on the floor . It was an absolute disgrace - Do the staff not care about where they work ??

  We went to tesco today 12 september around 6:30 pm they wasted around 1 hour of us !we here to buy alchol they refused to give drinks just because they want id we give to them even after they said u dont allowed to buy anything today they abused us today everyone infront of all public especially MANAGER ( LISA) she dont know how to talk with customer we visit there from last 3 years . Even other staff member on self checkout they also dont know how to deal with customer ! Its totally unacceptable ! Sort with them this thing ! Even there other people out they linked them with us how nonsense this !

  We were around five people and we been for shopping there and buy things what we want also included bottle of alcohol and store manager asked for id and we showed her even my every friend showed her id and then she asked she don’t want to give us anything not even food she wasted our around one hour it was very bad experience even we buy this things every weekend, we know its their right to check customers id if they thinks they under age but if we showed them id then they can’t do this really bad experience. She wasted our store manager her name-Lisa

  I am writing this review to express my frustration with how I was treated at this Tesco Extra store today. I completely understand and respect that staff must challenge customers for ID when purchasing alcohol. However, there is a right way and a wrong way to handle it.After I promptly presented a valid, legal ID, the staff member became unnecessarily difficult, rude, and dismissive. Instead of a quick, professional check, I was made to feel uncomfortable and treated like I was doing something wrong.ID checks are standard policy, but being polite and respectful to paying customers should be too. The customer service here needs major improvement. I hope management addresses how staff interact with people during these routine checks. staff name Lisa self checking staff 12 september 7:34 pm
