- JAjamil ahmed2 days ago4.0It’s the best and most convenient supermarket in West Bromwich town centre. Good for full shopping trips, but not ideal if you want a quick quiet visit during busy hours.
- ASAddam SlimS4 days ago1.0This Tesco is the worst Tesco in the whole country believe me or not. You can not buy ice-creams at any time of the year not only in hot weather when they just turn off the freezers( not acceptable for one off the biggest supermarkets in uk). The cue's to the tills are that long that your ice creams get melted by the time you get served. There is always lack of product's on the shelves. They don't respect their own customers which is even worse. We stopped shopping at Tesco. Sainsbury's is a lot better supermarket than Tesco with better prices and the shelves are always full and you can buy ice creams any time of the year. I do not recommend Tesco at all.

Apparently, you're not able to help customers and expect me to balance my shopping on my head. So left without buying shopping. Also, wouldn't hurt the staff to smile.

I asked the lady if she could pass me the basket, and the lady (a young Indian girl) looked at me and then ignored me, turning her back on me because she was busy talking to someone from her own country.
