  don’t bother ordering for delivery. they claim it’s been delivered when it hasn’t and then you have to call them multiple times to get told “10-11 minutes” which means “we haven’t started it and forgot”. happens over and over with not just this location but company as a whole. happened in cardiff as well. terrible customer service and even worse time management skills.

  Ordered online and didn’t even get a chance to try the pizza. We waited over an hour and a half for our order, and when we tried to contact the restaurant, no one answered the phone. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

  Awful service. Ordered online for a party and waited hours for my pizza which they cancelled. I had to call multiple times and was advised it was being cooked which it was not. Ruined the whole evening!

  Never ordering again from papa johns….got nothing after long wait … this is not customer service this is harassment

  If there were an option to give less than one star, I would. We placed an order at 10:00 PM last night and waited over two hours, hungry and expecting it to arrive. After waiting that long, we tried calling the store, only to find out it was already closed. My question is: why accept the order in the first place if you can’t prepare and deliver it? Two hours for just two pizzas, and we still received nothing. Very disappointing service. I will never order from here again, and I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.
