  Never been spoken to so rudely in my life, will never shop here again after this experience.. "JUST PAY!" was the only comment made....Avoid at all costs

  I visited this shop with my children today and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. As soon as we walked in, members of staff looked my son up and down in a way that felt very unsettling. While we continued shopping, it felt as though we were being watched the entire time, with staff constantly staring at us. This made the whole experience uncomfortable for both me and my children. Shopping should feel welcoming, not intimidating. Sadly, we will not be returning.

  Every single time I used this store the post office section the man says to me you need a new card it's not working. I repeatedly tell him its his machine but he won't agree or have it looked at. I use the same card in 2 other post offices. Before & after visiting here. Personally if you don't have customer service or the service being offered does not work and you can't afford or do 't want to pay to get it looked into then stop advertising the service and close that section. I will not use this store again as its frustrating and unprofessional. I will also be reporting the store to the post office customer service as iv since discovered it's not just me.
