  Received a burnt pizza with barely any tomato sauce and they wouldn’t remake it. Not what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Higher standards should be expected

  Very disappointing experience at Domino’s Cape Hill. The pizza was burnt underneath and didn’t taste anything like a normal Domino’s. I took one slice and couldn’t eat the rest. I went inside and spoke to the manager, but his response was basically that “it comes like that.” When I mentioned the sauce, I was told I should have said something when ordering. Mistakes happen, but the manager’s attitude and lack of apology or attempt to resolve the issue were extremely disappointing. Poor food and even poorer customer service. Definitely not the standard I expect from Domino’s.

  Very disappointing experience at Domino’s Cape Hill. I ordered a pizza which, when I got home, looked badly burnt underneath. I had one slice and immediately noticed that it didn’t taste anything like a normal Domino’s pizza. The base was overcooked and the overall taste was completely off. I went back inside and spoke to the manager, expecting at least some understanding or an attempt to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the response was extremely dismissive. I was basically told that the pizza “comes like that” and, regarding the sauce, that it was light and I should have said something when ordering. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I wasn’t expecting anything unreasonable. However, the way the complaint was handled was the biggest disappointment. There was no apology, no real concern and no attempt to offer a solution. As a customer, you shouldn’t have to argue with a manager just to have a genuine quality issue acknowledged. I’ve had Domino’s many times before and this was nothing like the usual standard I would expect. The pizza looked burnt, didn’t taste right and, unfortunately, the customer service made the experience even worse. Really poor service and very disappointing food. I certainly won’t be rushing back to Domino’s Cape Hill after this experience. If you’re paying Domino’s prices, you expect the food to be properly prepared and, if there is a problem, you expect the management team to actually care about putting it right.

  I ordered lunch time deal pizza was very nice and I asked the manager name garima she really made very nice pizza and on time. Really appreciate her.
