  Hi, me and my wife came to the store and ordered pizza yesterday and it was so good and I asked the manager to make it nice and good and she was so humble and speaking nicely with me and made a really nice pizza within 10 minutes. I really enjoyed it with my wife. I really want to give a shout out to the manager Garima.

  I had a great experience at Domino’s Pizza, thanks especially to Parminder. She is always friendly, professional, and provides excellent customer service. She makes customers feel welcome and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. I can’t comment on the other staff as I haven’t interacted with them much, but Parminder’s positive attitude, helpful nature, and dedication really stand out. She is a valuable asset to the Domino’s team. Highly recommended!

  Very disappointed with my experience at Domino's. I ordered a vegetarian pizza, but they gave me a pepperoni pizza instead. As someone who specifically ordered vegetarian food, this was a serious mistake. What made the situation worse was that when I contacted the store, they refused to exchange the incorrect pizza or properly resolve the issue. Customer service was unhelpful, and there seemed to be little concern about the inconvenience caused. I expect orders to be prepared correctly and mistakes to be fixed when they happen. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard.
