  I ordered a pizza on 15th July, and when I received it, I found a hair in the pizza. I immediately contacted the store and raised a complaint. The staff provided me with an email address, and I sent an email with pictures attached as proof. I waited for a response, but I did not receive any call or reply. I then contacted the store again, and the staff informed me that the manager was off and would respond to my email the next day. However, another day has passed and I still have not received any communication or resolution. I expected better customer service and a proper response, especially for a serious hygiene issue. I hope the management looks into this matter and improves the way customer complaints are handled

  What a joke. The store advertises “Buy One Get One Free,” but when I got there, I was told I had to pay for both pizzas. That is not what most customers would understand from the promotion. It feels like false advertising and a waste of customers’ time. If there are terms and conditions, they should be made crystal clear instead of surprising people at the counter after they have already come to the store. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I expected honesty and transparency from Domino’s, but this branch failed to deliver. I won’t be returning and would not recommend it to others.

  So this Domino’s has been awesome over the years but tonight I thought I would try a pizza from the new Italiano range as you can see from the pictures this is what I ordered and this is what I got and after talking to the shop sending two lots of pictures to them they offered me a voucher. Finally I got a pizza which still looked nothing like it should. Had enough at this point ordered from elsewhere and will be taking this up with Domino’s head office. What a shame was once really good now terrible.
