my moms burger was cold and our chip portions were small for what we got also my burger was not warm enough and it looked messy and there was to much mayo on our burgers also the atmosphere was cramped and unpleasent. and the burgers we ate made us sick and upset our stomachs not coming back here again poor service and bad food.

(Sunday @7pm) Ordered at drive through. Lady that served us was polite and friendly, after giving us our drinks asked us to park up. 35 minutes spent in parking bay until food eventually arrived. Restaurant wasn't exactly busy, quite a few staff. 2-3 walk in customers and a few more delivery drivers for uber, JE, Delieroo. Whilst waiting and watching it was clear delivery drivers were prioritised, then walk in and finally parked drive in customers. Although the food is always nice, 35 minute wait for FAST food is more than annoying 😑 Come on BK, aim to get your fast food faster!
