    I came after a 13.5 hour shift. I waited 40 minutes for my food and there were many others also waiting around, the wait became unbearable and I contemplated why I had even bothered ordering in the first place. It was not the staff members fault you could tell he was trying his best and looked exhausted. Shame on management , if you’re making enough money from just eats and walk in orders hire another staff member!!! Disgusting

    Slow and unprofessional staff..went for order collection traveled from 3 miles..10 minutes wait at the store staff girl talking each other not focus on work..

    Very bad experience. I visited Subway late at night, and there was no rush at all. In fact, I was the only customer in the store. I was not familiar with using the self-service ordering machine, so I politely asked the staff for help. However, they refused to assist me and would not take my order face-to-face. Because I did not know how to use the machine properly, I accidentally placed a non-vegetarian order even though I am a vegetarian. Before the order was prepared, I informed the staff about the mistake and asked if they could change it to a vegetarian option. Instead of helping, they told me I would have to pay an extra £3 to make the change. The staff claimed they could not take face-to-face orders because the store gets busy, but at that time there was no queue and no other customers waiting. If they had simply helped me in the first place, the mistake would never have happened. I ended up paying extra because of a situation that could have easily been avoided. Very disappointing customer service and a poor experience overall.

    Standard issue, miserable staff that done care, terrible toilets and eating inside, comparable with standing outside eating in the street.. but food was tasty and fresh.. Does the job I suppose for £5

    I recently had an experience at your establishment that I feel warrants your attention. I ordered a meal, and upon receiving it, I found the food to be unacceptably soggy. I brought this to the attention of the manager, a woman wearing a hijab, who had prepared and served the dish. Despite my clear feedback, she repeatedly asserted that the food was not soggy, but merely "soft." I have attached a photograph for your review, which clearly illustrates the white and soggy appearance of the item. I was quite surprised by her dismissive response and her refusal to offer a resolution, such as replacing the dish. Furthermore, when I requested her name, she declined to provide it, instead stating, "say it was the manager." This interaction occurred approximately three minutes ago. I found her conduct to be highly unprofessional.
