Recently visited on 23/5/26, served by new staff who most probably not had any training at all. mixing non veg with veg. Using same gloves to touch non veg and then veg. Not aware of required to change gloves and any understanding about vegan and veg customer needs. Taken 15 min to make one sandwich which left long queue at the back. Vegetable were soggy in water. Disgusting, run down place. This poor experience has put me off eating subway in future.

Twice now, I’ve got there of a morning, 2 hours after opening time - and they have NO BREAD??! A sandwich shop without bread?? I can’t 😂😭😭

Just been in to order a salad, no salad, cucumber, brown lettuce most of the tubs were empty. Also told no jacket potatoes either. This was at 12.30. Unacceptable. Went over to Asda and got one from there.
