- ZNZhang NOct 8, 20261.0I went to drop 6 Royal mail parcels to this shop tonight at around 6:30. The system is pretty slow so there were customers waiting in the queue, the guy in the till looks really inpatient. After all 6 parcels done I found only 5 on receipt, so I found the missing 1 ask for scan again. The guy starts to blaming me come in busy time, drop off too many parcel, wasted their time, let customers who pay money to wait. I asked is that royal mail doesn’t pay the shop to take the parcel, he said the cost doesn’t cover everything. I nearly cried there as I have been blamed for things that not my fault, and have been blamed for using the service they signed for. Do not understand why got this really rude attitude from the guy. Will not come back again for any drop off or shopping.
- MSMom SamJul 8, 20261.0Rude staff. Won’t be giving my money to them
- SSSlavko SpicoApr 24, 20261.0Shop provides evri service but refused to take my parcel, said don't have space for the parcel. After showing him that he has two big blue empty bags with couple parcels in. Stil Refused service and very rude about it. Rather be looking for a different parcelshop than this one.
