I asked for my items to be substituted if unavailable, instead of substituting items I desperately needed when feeling unwell the person picking the item decided to cancel them off my order. I used to pick user eats/just eats/deliveroo orders for co op and you can put a substitution request in to the customer. I am not happy as I now need to go out when I am unwell due to basic colleague laziness. I even suggested a substitution and these were cancelled off too. Why offer a service if you cannot offer it properly?
- HBHayyim BenjaminMar 15, 20231.0My experience was very negative I think the manager is racist, i do not say this lightly but it’s what happened, he just totally totally ignored me when I needed assistance, he has a look of disgust on his face every time I shop at the CO OP , I don’t know what his problem is , he make me very uncomfortable I won’t be shipping there again neither will my family and friends and there families and friends even tho it was very convenient for me to do so it’s just that one person I think he name badge was Andy he is very unprofessional.
