- TSTracy Sutherland6 days ago3.0We had the new rosti burger. It ok but impossible to eat. It just slid out the bun. But the paprika chips were nice and should offer other spices to be an add on. Staff were a credit to the store. Well run. Was full but not rowdy
- RKRyan Kirk6 days ago3.0Cappuccino was weak and barely drinkable. Burger was no better. Not going there again..
- DPDr sunil PatelSep 13, 20261.0I was given an apple pie that was past its best-before time, which I found completely unacceptable. When I raised the issue, I spoke to the manager, a tall gentleman with dark hair wearing a navy jumper. His attitude was absolutely terrible. Rather than taking my concern seriously, I was told, “It’s totally fine to eat.” That is not the way to treat a customer who has a genuine concern about the food they have been given. The attitude was dismissive, unprofessional and completely ruined my experience. McDonald’s Oakham seriously needs to improve its customer service and take food quality concerns more seriously. I certainly won’t be rushing back.

- FFFunky flyerAug 30, 20265.0We popped in here for breakfast on the way home. Nice place we used the order kiosk things and got table delivery. It took a little time to get the order but was correct when given and was very tasty. It's a shame they don't offer a soy milk latte or just any alternative non dairy milk.
