I have no choice to give 1 star so the complaint and review reaches to right people, whether you are customer or boos men for tesco. I went to tescoe for shopping, but I lost my club card so I aksed my partner to send me pictures of club card. However, they told me that I am not allowed to shop here and i am ban. I was bet upset because I did not had time to go to get the club cart. I am there customers for pharmacy, phone, travel money exchange and glossary. But unfortunately they security guard come for me spat at me andintimidating me with his size of his budy. Therefore, I think your duties manager Dave need to be told how to handle individual like me with 6 medcal conditions. He ban me for no good reason. Also for the security guard police are dealing with. I just wish that general manager see and read this report 😒 What shame on you Dave the duty manager.

I used to alway go to tesco for bits and bobs. On Thursday I felt like a criminal walking out. I was follwed by a member of staff, I was buying milk and few other bits for the kids and could clearly see them in my trolley. She followed me all the way to the till and I made sure I printed a receipt. Did she check it? no...just stared. Absolutely humiliating being follwed while I shopped. Will not be going there again after being wrongly profiled. If she was suspicuous then ask the customer instead of treating them like a criminal. Never been treated like that. What a horrible shop, think ill stick to asda from now on.

Always busy, but mostly go as quick as they can, but SAFELY. From my friend who works in a pharmacy “Hundreds if not thousands of scripts, quick turn around. Issues arise if products out of stock, which can be a national issue. For the negatives reviews-take some reviews with a pinch of salt, unfortunately

Great place to shop, got my club card on the go ready when I need it. A bit pricey for an energy drinks these days and the me deals have gone up quite a hunk but all-in-all it’s still a great place to grab what you need and go. Will recommend you always keep your receipts because they can be funny about what you come and go with. However I will be staying a regular!
