  I feel that this Dominos has gone downhill. We have ordered several times over the past year and usually have no issues. Tonight was unfortunately a different matter. The pizza arrived promptly but was on the cooler side (much cooler than when we have previously ordered) and the wedges and chips were completely cold and soggy. We phoned the store and all we were told that they arrived in the time limit so wasn't much they could do. We explained that we have never had this issue so there must be a reason but the person with spoke to just kept repeating the same phrase about timings clearly reading from some sort of Dominos manual. Eventually he offered to send out the sides again which we accepted but it might take over 30 minutes. When they eventually arrived they were piping hot. So it could be done. (Although we should have gotten a chips and a wedges but they sent 2 portions of wedges instead). We have no plans to order from here again as alongside the complete lack of customer service the food is just not as good as it used to be!

  The Manager at this branch is awful to deal with, they make the orders up as they go, apparently if you order a half and half pizza including a cheeseburger pizza you have to select you want sauce (one of the main components of the pizza) then when it comes without it they argue with you saying you selected no sauce and it says on your receipt. I have now emailed him the proof he requested and he is still saying I’m wrong. This is not even the first time it’s happened, he also admitted on the phone they no it’s an issue had on a half and half it selects no sauce, but apparently they can’t ask when you collect as it would take up too much of their time and they would rather deal with customers making complaints.

  I pre-ordered pizza's 2 days before I needed them. Yet they had no record of my order when I went to collect them.
