  Had to go to the toilet but they’ve locked them because of “vandalism” and they only allow one at at time, i waited 20 minutes for someone to finish and just left because i could ‘t be bothered waiting. Will yous leave the toilets closed forever??

  There’s a women in there with blonde hair, maybe in her 50s, and been in this store for years. She has a face like a cancelled holiday and have never seen her smile. I some need help on finding a certain item, and she honestly makes me so unwelcome, as her face is always tripping her. The management should have a word in her ear, as she is downright rude. I am sure you’ll know who I am talking about, as she’s been in this store since it opened I think. She’s horrible, and I avoid shopping in it if she’s about. 🤨

  Well where to begin ,rude abusive accusitory aggressive disrespectful and thats just one member of staff ,Female glasses blonde age 50s chip on its shoulder who has zero customer service skills or respect ,I have shopped in this store for decades and after the way i was treated today by a straff member who tried to call me a shop lifter because my bag for life which was in the basket and a few items which i was paying for seperately to get a seperate reciept ,i was followed about the store and stared at and then when i went to pay at there stupid self check out tills where they have all the eagle eyes and more cctv and eyes watching than north Korea so this females comes storkingf over shouts at me gets rite in my face put its hand in the basket telling me stuff in my bag ...how dare she act like this while i was still at the till and paying and was treating me like am some shop liftingt XXXX ..well Tesco get lost if you treat people like XXXX then you deserve to have people reacting in a manner fitting to the way your staff direspect the people who pay your wages...i will avoid this store and take my shop else where wether iam spending 1 pound or 100 pounds all customers should be treated with respect esp when there doing nothing wrong nor doing anything illegal and your staff are not the police something some should learn as one day they may approach the wrong person and there wont any customers to jump in and help as most of your customers in this store detest what is working here and the way they treat there once loyal customers ...Renfrew TESCO no thanks ....sort your staff or close down.

  Staff have strange behaviour. After shopping my 10 year old son like to go to wash room, lady in counter saw us standing there but just try to neglect us..After some time I asked to another staff to open washroom then lady in counter rudely said its broken..I knew they did that because they should open the lock and lock it again..there are mens, ledies and 2 other handicap toilet inside..all of them cannot break at once...big shopping place like that should instantly fix these kind of stuff...the attitude of staff in this tesco is very unprofessional and rude !!! I will not be visiting neither shopping in this tesco again !!!!
