  Ordered 2 caramel lattes, a roll and avocado toast for breakfast. We received, 1 coffee with 2 shots, a rock hard roll and the avocado toast was literally guacamole you get with nachos in a small pot with 2 small slices of toast. After asking why our order was taken wrongly the guy serving drinks spoke to us rudely basically saying we were lying. We had waited 20 minutes for the 1 coffee to arrive. We never received the 2nd coffee despite being charged for it. Note to self, ALWAYS ask for a receipt. Would rather starve on my flight than go here again

  Shocking service ! Don’t waste your money or time in this bar ! Let you buy several bottles of Prosecco and NO glassea to drink it out of !!! Would rather pay the extra for the lounge !!!

  We were served by the nicest guy Ryan, such great service and my favourite pub when i go abroad.

  Only one person serving behind what is always a very very busy bar. Waited 25 minutes to get served. Rolls and bacon were slimy greasy and stone cold when eventually brought to the table.

  Had a lovely time before our flight getting a few drinks and food. Staff were so attentive and quick service. Karen was especially lovely and we had a great wee chatter. Definitely come back here before a flight again.
