    Whenever I’m in its a woman, always on her phone when I enter and quite rude and unwelcoming. I asked for it toasted with two orders, two separate times and none of them got toasted. Staff and service is not worth the money.

    So these jokers think its ok to take you money but not give you what you order they also don't seem to know the difference between toasted subs and a sub thats been taken out the holding oven and nog toasted at all unfortunately for them I can tell the difference the staff in here should be retained or subway should cancel the franchise because I'm sure subway HQ won't be happy to find out a franchise clearly doesn't care about the name it uses. They also think its acceptable to charge you fif something like extras and not give you extra anything not thinking that maybe the person gets the same thing from other subways and know what a regular amount compared to extra is supposed to look like if you don't want to do your job and give the customer what they ordered and paid for then get a job doing something else as I'm sure there ard plenty people who would be grateful for your job. I will not be ordering food from this particular subway again and I think it will be a while before I'm back near any subway if they are happy for thier name to be used by people who don't care about the customer who paid for something with money they earned doing just as hard or maybe even harder job than you all because you couldn't be bothered do you job its what your paid to do give the customer exactly what they pay for and order if you accept the order and the money if you don't want to give me what I order don't take my money and I'll got somewhere that gives me the food I order the way I order it who appreciate the custom enough to do thier job. Also another reason i know the staff couldn't be bothered toasting my sandwich which is just basic common sense is everyone knows what toasted bread looks, feels and taste like but without even tasting it it was to soft and flims to be toasted the bread was not hot atall apart from the center inside then there is the fact that the cheese wasn't even a little melted and last but not least this will crack you up im a trained chef I toasted bread all the time I know it doesn't take lol I also like I said have been a regular customer of subway for a number of years and know it take your 30 seconds and if your toasting 2 its usually 1 min any regular customer could tell you that. Worst sandwich I have ever had from any sandwich shop. Fed up with people who don't do the job they get paid to do because they are having a bad day or don't like thier job really you accept the job terms when you take the job regardless and you get paid so do the job or maybe with complaints about just a sheer laziness will end in more than bad reviews like a loss of custom to the point you don't have a job at all. Lazy staff with bad attitudes towards thier customers.
