  Just wish these places focused on hygiene a bit more. Usual messy floors and tables.

  9:25pm, myself and a small group came in to this restaurant to dine as we have done so countless times over the past years. I have highlighted the time as on numerous prior occasions we have dined in at similar and later times without issue. On this occasion, we had ordered food, after about 5 minutes or so of dining we were approached by an employee, who very rudley barked at us that they were closing the dining area and that we were told to leave. Only one of us had been told that the dining area was closed at the till, but he had only just sat down. This was not communicated to the rest of us upon picking up our orders. A simple "sorry, we have to close the dining area to clean it before closing the store" would suffice, and would have resulted in a much better atmosphere. There were other customers present and dining while we were in, and we had not witnessed any staff approaching them. Given that it was 9:35pm when we were told, this would make sense if they were closing for 10pm, however as can be seen on this very page, the store remains open to midnight. Once we were told, we began to clear before leaving so as not to leave a mess in the dining area. The other customers that had been dining in now began to leave. Upon seeing this, the same employee came marching out, all the while her colleagues hid behind the counter. She once again, very rudely, barked at us to leave tagging on that all the other customers had left (all of 3 seconds ago at this point) I had barely gotten my heels out the door before it was promptly locked at 9:40pm. Irrespective of whether they close at midnight or 10pm, this is ridiculous service and either highlights the laziness of the staff present or the incompetence of them to clean a very finite area in a reasonable period of time.

  21:35pm horrendously rude employee (only girl in the store there, the guys were hiding behind the counter looking genuinely scared) says you’ve been told at the counter you’re order is takeaway you can’t sit in here we’re closing, great customer service but not only that exceptional service but a great pairing with the complete lack of general intelligence in that only one of us was told this while there’s three others that weren’t. You close at midnight, you deal with customers professionally and you use your brain. Really not that difficult. Will definitely be back just for the entertainment.

  Poor poor show. Staff sat on their bums hiding out if sight. I had to shout you get any attention or movement and then get attitude from someone "appearing" to be a manager and watch her ignore the fact employees are sat on their phone ignoring customers, gone elsewhere and wont be back
