  I was in today for some lunch before my flight and had amazing service from Aaron! I have coeliac disease and Aaron was incredibly helpful with letting me know what I could eat. I really appreciate when servers take allergies seriously, and Aaron was amazing at reassuring me and explaining the menu. Will definitely be back next time I fly from Glasgow 👏👏⭐️

  My sister and I were recently at Glasgow Airport as we were going away for the weekend. We had the most amazing experience at Sanfords American Diner and it was all thanks to our lovely server Aaron. Aaron went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience to the start of our holiday. He is a real credit to Sanford’s and should be recognised for his tremendous efforts to make our experience unforgettable!!!

  Genuinely the best experience at Glasgow Airport that I’ve ever had! We were on our way to Malta and stopped by Sanfords for lunch before our flight. We were served by Aaron and he made the experience truly special - what a perfect way to start off our holiday! We shared the BBQ chicken Pizza and the cajun fries, super delicious as per Aaron’s recommendation. Super quick service too, thank you Aaron!

  We arrived at the restaurant with plenty of time to be served and to enjoy our food before our flight or so we thought. There was a notice as we entered saying there would be approximately 13 minutes wait before expecting the meals to arrive at the table but we checked with the waiter (Scott) anyway and he assured us it wouldn’t be long. We quickly decided what to order and my son was about to use the app but Scott told us it would be quicker with him, he proceeded to finish serving another table and chatting to them for a few minutes as we waited, then he went on to other customers before I eventually got his attention and asked if I should use the app instead. He apologised and took our food and drinks order and said he would personally keep an eye on our drinks order at the bar when it was ready. We could see what we thought might be our drinks sat at the bar for about 10 minutes before a different waiter eventually brought them over. Our wait for our food continued for another 20 minutes and we could wait no longer. Really disappointing service and the waiter should be more aware that at an airport quick service should be the priority and less talking.

  WiFi didn’t work but there were not enough waiters and those working seemed to spend all their time showing people to their tables. Tried to order using the QR code on the table but because the WiFi was so awful it took ages to connect. The chicken tenders when they came were ok. Tried to order a coffee afterwards and was told on the app it was a 20 minute wait. Don’t come here if you’re short of time. Sort out the number of waiters and it would be ok.
