  A wee oasis in the airport. Nicer than some of the lounges! Stellar customer service, bonus points to Amelia who has front of house services on par with what you expect in fine dining ! Food was fabulous, space is chill, staff are friendly...no notes, perfect!

  It was quiet on our visit. 14/6/26 0830 Staff busy chatting even with manager nearby on his laptop. Good food came out fast and was left at pass waiting. Coffee arrived midway through us eating our food. Coffee cold but we couldn’t be bothered to raise this issue given the rest of the poor service. I would worry about this place during a busier session. Won’t return.

  Rachel provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. She took the time to explain the menu clearly, offering helpful recommendations and answering all our questions with patience and enthusiasm. Her friendly and attentive approach made the whole experience much more enjoyable. It’s clear she has great knowledge of the menu and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you, Rachel, for making our visit so welcoming and memorable! Brooklyn also made amazing Hugo Spritz!

  as soon as I came in I was welcomed with a smile and asked straight away about any allergens. The food was lovely, the cocktails even better! Staff were very attentive both Hannah and Calum made sure I had everything! and the manager (or I believe he is) was so lovely towards his staff making sure that they had their breaks and even helping on the floor! I would try recommen

  Food on this occasion was perfect and friendly staff but I can't convince myself to rate 3 stars as I wouldn't return if it wasn't for noticing 2 things to keep in mind to make a future visit tolerable - table choice and ask for napkins. 1) Tiled/ grouted tables are a poor choice for hygiene and high maintenance... mouldy grout is very off putting and made me regret choosing Primo Volo. There are other tables available including a courtyard out in the departure waiting area (wood and composite or laminate, I suppose you can ask for a different table if sat at a mouldy grouted one). 2) No tissues/ napkins at the table and I could not see any self serve stock. After paying the bill I noticed another customer having to ask for napkins and there was a stack of them at a staff workstation. This is a basic service let-down and fast food chains are doing better. 3) We got the classic poorly timed check-in when you've just taken a bite and get asked quickly if everything's ok (that too many restaurants are guilty of). I find it very rude to ask a question deliberately when people have just taken a bite and obviously can't really answer..
