Amy the shop manager was absolutely brilliant, we were having a few issues ordering and she was so nice in her approach. An absolute credit to your business!

Although great taste etc if the fries - I was very disappointed in the size of the large portion we received - normally there is a good portion size outside the large cup but unfortunately this has been the worst I have seen in all my visits to five guys throughout the UK. I hope this is not a uk directive as if so I will consider my purchasing in the future
