  Lovely food, nice and warm came out very quickly! Was server by Laura, very friendly and got our order in quickly.

  The food was excellent, fresh and hit. Let down by the extremely slow service, but I'll take the wait if the food is fresh and hot.

  Took grandkids for a surprise day out..table was dirty on top and also underneath.Cleaned it with wipes and picked up excess food on the floor before we left.Staff seemed too busy chatting and not one time in the hour we stayed did any staff member attend the tables,bins or floor.I could understand if it was busy but it wasn’t.Food was ok but we were not greeted by friendly faces or any enthusiasm,first impression matters and I won’t be spending money here again

  Stood like an idiot at the front desk nobody even attempted to serve me. Gave up went and tried to use the machines to order. Machine 'could not process order' had to go back to the counter and try and flag someone down. People all crowding around the counter waiting on their order. Blocking access to napkins juice machines etc.. no hint of any order. I can't fault the staff genuinely lovely but clearly understaffed ! Food was ok. Usual burger king food. 90% of the juice options were unavailable. Table we had to sit at was still dirty and had the last person's order sitting on it. Nobody out front working housekeeping.

  Service Shocking man very unhelpful,cheeky and quite abusive .Definitely won't be back to this BURGER KING as DONT SERVE AT THE TILL ....
