  Came in and Charlie at the tills immediately stood out—friendly, respectful, and super helpful. He guided me through the menu and suggested the classic Wingstop fries… great call. Perfect mix of sweet and salty—honestly addictive. What made the visit though was Charlie. He really listened, helped me pick exactly what I’d enjoy, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Top service 👌

  Had a great experience at Wingstop Reading Gate. The restaurant was clean, comfortable and very family-friendly, making it a great place to visit with children. A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who provided excellent customer service and made us feel very welcome. The food was served hot, fresh and tasty, and everything arrived promptly. The free parking is also a big bonus and makes visiting very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

  I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. The staff member who took my order was visibly annoyed and impatient, making me feel completely unwelcome. His dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior throughout our interaction were very off-putting. For reference, the staff member was wearing a green shirt and had a vtattoos. I hope management addresses this, as it significantly impacted my visit."

  I was served by Garima a few ago and I was so disappointed by her service. She was quite inpatient with me as I was new to wingstop and needed help and not very friendly and not very helpful with the menu. Other than that the food was amazing. This disappointed me as the other staff on the front looked very approachable. Other than it was great

  Yesterday when i visited i was served by inga who i think was a manager and i was extremely disappointed and taken a back by the way she treated me throughout the whole service, she came across extremely rude and patronising. She also appeared to be very rude to other staff members.This is not something you expect to happen especially from a manager. Will not be coming back.
