  All great. However the Value for money is not there anymore. Great shame 1 adult and 2 kids £ 68 lunch is painful, no matter how delicious 🙏🏻

  My mum and I went for a late lunch at Wagamama in Reading. You could see from the moment you entered that it was busy and had a great atmosphere. We were seated by a member of staff and given menus. A few minutes later a waiter came over to us to take our order, Juhi. She was not only friendly but extremely attentive. I have been to different Wagamama(s) near me and this was the best experience by far. Not because the others were bad, they were not, but because Juhi made all of the difference with her attitude and care. The food too, was excellent like always.

  Overall flavour less and expensive food. Ordered all seafood ramen I think the costliest item on menu £23. Just had 2 medium pieces of fish, 3 or 4 medium prawns and 5 small clams. Lots of soup (alkaline ramen), okay quantity of noodles and little vegetables. We ordered 4 different ramens (all on bowl with soup). 1 noodles (the normal dry type) which was better. They offer free green tea.

  The food was good , I would recommend the tonkatsu pork bao bun and hot honey fried chicken firecracker however the chicken gyoza didn't taste that good and the prices are higher than average. Staff are attentive and friendly.

  We had lovely Emma looking after us this evening. Food was delicious but it was Emma’s customer service and warm demeanor that made the experience so special. It was a last minute surprise birthday request for a dear friend and she ensured it was done in a special way. Thank you Emma.
